Shipping & Returns


Yes, you may return most unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. All of the items sent out are checked to make sure they are in perfect condition and must be returned to us in the same condition. Unwanted items can be returned as long as they are in their original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. The items should have their swing tags intact and be in their original packaging.

Please be careful when trying on items that you are not wearing any makeup, deodorant, body lotion or jewellery that may leave a scent, mark or damage the item. Unfortunately, if any items are returned in an unsaleable condition we will not be able to accept them for return.

Please try footwear indoors on a carpeted area so not to mark the soles. We suggest you wear them inside for at least an hour before deciding to wear them outdoors. We will not be able to accept shoes for return if they have a clearly marked sole.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
